Delivery & Returns

Our Printing Methods

For cotton/ linens and viscose fabrics we print digitally with reactive inks, fabrics are then steamed and washed at temperatures up to 80 degrees, this removed any unfixed dyes, and develops the colours. The prints are then wash effective with superior rub For polyester fabrics, we initially digitally print onto transfer paper and then heat press at high temperatures onto polyester bases. Allowing for a wide range of colours

Reactive inks offer a better wash and rub fastness, along with brighter colours and a softer feel.

Reactive Digital Textile Printing

Here your design is printed onto paper, then heat-transferred to the fabric. Perfect for flags, banners, cushions and bags, as it allows us to print on polyester and velvet.

Digital Sublimation Printing

Pigment inks are UV light-resistant, so this method is ideal for curtains, blinds or any items subject to direct sunlight as the colours won’t fade.

Digital Pigment Printing

Using a separate screen for each colour, this high quality process allows us to print up to 1.85m wide, with up to 6 colours. Excellent value on larger volumes.
