Utilising our cutting-edge digital printing machines, steamers, and our ergo soft  design studio, we possess the capability to print custom fabric for a wide array of items, ranging from aprons to suit lining. Using high-grade reactive inks ensures superior wash and rub resistance, as well as more vibrant colours when compared to pigment printing, especially in the case of photographic imagery. Our fabrics undergo a comprehensive process that includes coating, printing, steaming, washing, followed by precise cutting, hemming, and sewing by our dedicated in-house team of seamstresses.

The better the quality of image, the better quality print we can produce – so when uploading files in our customiser tool, we recommend 300dpi or above. 

Please note that when printing onto naturally formed cottons, there may be an element of flecking within the fabric. This is due to the nature of the fabric and out of our control but can show on areas of block solid colour or darker colours.

Our fabrics will be printed directly from your supplied file, without making any changes. So it is your responsibility to ensure the artwork/image is 100% correct.

Our cotton products can be washed at 40°C and dried on a low tumble dry heat or hung out. Do not wring and use a low heat iron. A care label is included to help you easily keep your customised item looking as good as new.
